Pennsylvania Bike and Hike
(400 miles - from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia)
Denny Chipollini threw out the first pitch Friday, May 10,
2002, at Pittsburgh’s PNC Park, and began the Pennsylvania
Bike & Hike Event! He finished his trek at Veterans Stadium,
in Philadelphia, where GENERATION HOPE, was recognized
during a special pre-game ceremony on May 23!
The GENERATION HOPE staff and an
award-winning video production company, followed Denny on his journey, gathering footage for an
educational/documentary piece for GENERATION HOPE, detailing
Denny and his mission!
 GENERATION HOPE has already begun to impact the lives of
children in the Philadelphia area through Denny’s
presentations at local schools. His message of hope has
motivated kids of all ages, to make a difference in their
own lives, and the lives of others.
